When Temperatures rise

Recently the temperatures have begun to rise and on a few days it's been truly Summery (at least by my old standards, I guess we'll see what I think after being here through a summer).

The wonderful thing about Fusuma and Shoji doors is that even though they are fragile, they are super light and REMOVABLE!!!

So when the sun started really shining and the air got warm, I pulled many of them out and stacked them on the sun porch. What an amazing and airy space I have now.
